Established in the year 1971, Crawley & Ray (Founders & Engineers) Private Limited, Kolkata, is an ISO certified company engaged in manufacturing, exporting and supplying a precision engineered range of industrial valves and castings. These include Butterfly Valves, Ash Discharge Valves, Gate Valves, Sluice Gate Valves and Globe Valves. In addition, we also offer Balancing Valves, Diaphragm Valves, Check Valves and Dual Flap Check Valves.
Our organization started its business operations with the production of Heavy Duty Iron Rollers for Bengal Coal as per design from MIECO (Mining Engineering Company), U.K. and High Silicon Iron Castings, which were import substitute items used in nitric acid and sulphuric acid concentration plants. Later the emphasis was shifted to acid resistant pearlitic iron components for bulk sulphuric acid plants mainly as Absorption Tower Internals, Coolers, Pipes & Fittings and Heat Resistant Converter Internals.
